Through learning the principles of Intuitive Eating and embracing holistic health, I have healed my disordered relationship with food. My blog started as a chronicle of my personal journey from the beginning and has now blossomed into a resource packed with tools, lessons and insights about emotional eating, intuitive eating and overall well-being.
