Hey, Hey, blog friends. I hope you all are doing well this evening. I’ve had a busy day but thankfully, my weekend started about an hour ago so it’s all good. Tonight, I made one of the fastest dinners on the planet.

018

I cooked a couple bean burgers from the freezer

012

along with kale chips and ketchup for dipping.

The crazy part is that as soon as I sat in front of the computer to load the blog pictures, I saw that the fabulous Heather from Heather’s Dish made my recipe for bean burgers yesterday and they loved them. Wooohoooo! I love it when you guys make my recipes and enjoy them! To make matters even more ironic, she also had some kale chips this morning. We must have been channeling each other’s food blogging energy :D Glad you liked them, Heather!

Speaking of energy, I’m running pretty low so I am going to call it a night. Even though I don’t have to work at my full time job tomorrow, I have a very busy day planned with my beading business.

Which recipe or meal idea have you made from the blogging community that you have enjoyed?

Kale chips! Love, love, love them and would have never thought of making them if I hadn’t seen them on blogs everywhere! :)

Your dinner looks fabulous! Nothing better than a quick, healthy, delicious dinner! :)

I have made so many I don’t even know where to begin. I have made whole wheat naan, oats, muffins, cookies, so so many. The blog world has expanded my foods! not to mention all the superfoods Fitnessista got me into (goji berries, cacao, maca, chia, and on and on and on)
Have a good night!

Mmm that burger looks fantastic. I love making bean balls and dipping them in homemade ketchup!

I ADORE the tofu scramble recipe I got from SmarterFitter. It’s super tasty!

A good bean burger is hard to find, so yours is going in my recipe file. Looks delicious! I love your tiny silver cup for ketchup. I always wish i had one like that for dips! Makes for a beautiful presentation! Good luck with your busy day tomorrow!
