Good morning, dear readers!
More winter weather is on the way so I have to make this quick! I felt really hungry all day yesterday and I think it was due to the lack of protein in breakfast. To solve that problem, I added an egg to my oat bran this morning but left everything else the same.

My bowl contained:
~unsweet vanilla almond milk
~flax seed
~coconut oil
~one beaten egg
~dash of salt
~cinnamon

Hopefully, it will stand the test of time today. One of the things I did notice this morning is that I am really getting used to the taste of foods with absolutely no sugar. I’ve been completely off of sugar for a couple of weeks now and I think it is really starting to pay off. It was hard in the beginning but I am starting to settle in now and glad I made this change.
What about you? What changes have you made that were hard at first but pretty easy once you got going?

I had to make the switch from processed PB to organic natural PB/AB and i hated it at first but now I absolutely love it! The processed stuff doesn’t taste that good to me anymore!
I noticed the same thing about my oatmeal the other day – no sugar! I usually have some type of fruit and toppings, but I never add sugar or sweetener to my oatmeal. I used to add splenda, but quit that and I don’t need anything now.
I guess the biggest change I made was when I stopped eating meat. It was hard at first forsure because I loved my meat
But it just got easier and easier!
