Tonight, I had to rely on the freezer and leftovers for dinner because I was originally meeting a friend for dinner but because of the ice on the roads, we decided to postpone. I also ran a quick errand after work and by the time I got home, I was ready to eat. I cooked a couple of bean burgers I had in the freezer, reheated leftover brown rice and quickly sauted a huge mound of collard greens and spinach. I drizzled the bean burger with homemade mustard and dinner was on the table in about 15 minutes. You really can’t beat that folks.
We don’t have much on the agenda this evening besides catching up on the dvr and relaxing. Our favorite show, Brothers and Sisters, comes on Sunday nights so it is pretty much our ritual to watch it on Mondays. I sure hope it wasn’t a re-run last night!
What is your favorite show on television?
I was really into Ugly Betty for a while, but right now I’d have to say The Big Bang Theory
Ooh, that’s a hard one. Probably Desperate Housewives and Big Love. But we like Brothers & Sisters too.

My favorite show changes (as I’m sure it does for all of us) right now I’m partial to NCIS (especially reruns on USA!!) and Grey’s Anatomy. Although I have noticed that the quality of Grey’s has gone down lately. I need to check out Burn Notice, it’s one of my friend’s favorites. And Psych!!! It’s hilarious! :)

I have bad taste in television- The Bachelor, Teen Mom, and occasionally Ugly Betty. There aren’t too many shows that I watch on a regular basis, but that’s not to say that I don’t watch too much tv!
