Man, I can’t believe it is Tuesday already. Yesterday, I had a really long day filled to the brim with things to do both professionally and personally. I have fallen into a new routine both at work and home so thankfully, it is all falling into place despite my business. Included in my business, is taking the time out to eat a real, balanced breakfast, at home, at my dining room table every day. No more green smoothies while zooming down the highway or bowls of oats in front on my google reader. And yesterday was no different.
I got up in plenty of time to read blogs, write blogs, get ready for work and still have time for a real meal. I heated a homemade bean burger from my freezer in olive oil and then topped it off with two sunny side up eggs. I added a little ketchup at them end. I was never one to put ketchup on eggs in the past but the spiciness of the bean burger really needed it.
I had planned to eat a banana as well but ended up being nice and satisfied after eating the eggs and bean burger. I am feelings so much more productive and balanced when I take the time out for this sacred time in the morning. Let’s hope that starts to bubble over into my other meals soon.
What is your favorite way to eat eggs? Do you put ketchup on them?
My favorite is sunny side up and apparently, yes, I put ketchup on them

I JUST tried ketchup with eggs this year….oh, what I’ve missed out on! It was SO GOOD. Plus, I really just love ketchup. So it’s a good excuse.

When I did eat eggs I put Ketchup and Mayo on them… well I used to put mayo on a lot of things until I realized that wasn’t very smart…

I LOVE eggs and eat them in almost any form. My favorite way is soft-scrambled with cheese and maybe sausage or bacon…then I eat it in a sandwich or burrito form!

Catsup ALWAYS if they’re scrambled. I’ve tried hot sauce, salsa — but always go back to catsup. I’ve never put catsup on any other kind of egg.
