		<description>I think you should just listen to your heart about the training and where you should be in your life right now. For me, it has been a major commitment physically, emotionally. spiritually, mentally and if my heart weren&#039;t in it, I would not be able to do it. Some days, I want to just cry because of how hard it is but for me, it will all be worth it when I can share this part of myself with others. Have you ever read anything by Baron Baptiste? I really recommend you read Journey Into Power, I have a link on my namaste page. 

As for the bean burgers, I made them from scratch, beans and all. Click the blue link that says bean burgers in this post for my recipe.</description>

		<description>Wow - I was just thinking about this! I took a &quot;Hatha Beginners&#039;&quot; course actually this week to try to change it up and see how the instructor taught for beginners...I am usually all about the Flow/Power as well. I totally agree - this was so what I needed. I did it on my lunch break - which never happens by the way and meant I had to stay late at work :(...but it was so great. It was slow with mostly breathing and very simple postures, but it felt great to have no &quot;pressure&quot; or not to have to keep moving, but rather just to &quot;be&quot; for a moment...started to make me think this is what I need more in my life and shouldn&#039;t put pressure on myself to always do core and strengthening moves...hmmm. 
Your bean burgers look great!! Are they home-made? I have alot of beans in the cupboard and was thinking of making some burgers but want a healthy recipe...any website suggestions?? I also just posted a bit about beans/lentils if you want to check it out.

I have the training again today and tommorow from 11-7p.m...why do I almost &quot;dread it&quot;? Isnt&#039; that horrible? Shouldn&#039;t I want to go? Maybe it&#039;s just anxiety and fear about &#039;stepping outside of my comfort zone&#039; again...it&#039;s a struggle though. Part of me feels almost like I&#039;d rather just write and go to a matinee and do some shopping and go to a wine show with friends...stuff that I don&#039;t do very often...I often wonder if that&#039;s what I should be doing right now instead on my &#039;path to healing&#039; instead of putting pressure on myself with doing this training...

		<description>Your yoga teacher training sounds so amazing. Such hard work but so rewarding. My preferred yoga is slow hatha; I need time in each pose to feel it properly and get frustrated if we go from one pose to the next before I am &#039;done&#039;.

My weekend will involve quite a bit of chilling out hopefully! And some yoga at home :) Hope you have a lovely one. And thanks for the comment you left me, I really appreciate it.

Tonight, I&#039;m meeting up with a couple of friends after work and then some local bloggers at Seasons 52.  Very excited about that!  I need to spend some time studying (for a work-related exam) this weekend as well!
