Last night, it was another one of those rare instances that I was able to come straight home from work, I didn’t even stop at Walgreens this time :) The dear husband was at school and I needed to study so the last thing on my mind was preparing a fancy meal. I reached for what has now become a staple in our house, Annie’s gluten free mac n cheese. To make it a little more balanced, I added fresh spinach and sliced chicken sausages. Now, surely, I wouldn’t serve this to company or anything like that, but it sure was tasty.

I had to study sanskrit and how to teach a list of about one hundred poses. We have a test coming up in a little over a week and I am surely nervous. I’m so nervous that I am not absorbing the information as I should be. It has been more years than I want to admit since I studied anything and even back then, it wasn’t my strong suit. This weekend, I don’t have teacher training so I will be able to buckle down and get a lot of studying in. I am also carrying my materials every where I go so that any chance I get, I can at least read a little. If anyone wants to help me, let me know ;)
For now, I am off to another fun filled day at work and a yoga class tonight. Just one more day till FRIDAY!!

Mmmm I love mac and cheese with spinach! Chicken sausage sounds like a great addition.
Good luck studying! I’m sure that you are absorbing more than you think!

What is DH going to school for?
I guess the good thing about studying for yoga is that it’s interesting and something that you love!

Laura, DH is taking a course that introduces people to the legal field. He is thinking about going back to school to become a paralegal in a fast track program that just expands on his BA in business. So, this course he is taking is kind of a trial run, if you will (no pun intended ;0)
What a yummy combination. I’m so trying this!

Girl, you are doing so much more practice and studying than I am!! I just can’t seem to focus and concentrate it seems, even though I like it…?? I can’t explain it…my mind is just always somewhere else it seems. Makes me feel horrible because I know everyone else is studying and practicing so much and I just can’ t ‘get it together’ – blah. But good to hear your doing well.

Just wanted to say thanks for your kind comments. Today was long and tiring – standing postures – but I felt okay about it. I’m still just ‘okay’. I wrote in my latest post that I think I feel conflicted because I ‘m still working full-time in a job I’m not happy with and it’s hard to deal with that and knowing I have to go back and concentrate on Monday , etc…if that wasn’t there, I would lovvvve this so much more. Now I feel like I have that cloud over my head. And when your doing something like that it’s hard to feel positive or not ‘get down’…I don’t know if that makes sense.
Anyhow. just posting on this post – cause I LOVE THAT MAC AND CHEESE!!! YUM HAHAH! Seriously I have Kraft Dinner Mac and Cheese that I haven’t had in a while in the cupboard…awful, but so good…I think I’ll be having that sooooon…I’ll throw in some brocolli with it ;)
