If you are looking for a cool and creamy dessert this summer, this mousse is just the thing. It is smooth and rich with a deep chocolate flavor. The chocolate hazelnut flavor is mild but if you wanted it to be more prominent, just switch some of the cocoa powder for more nutella.

Nutella Tofu Chocolate Mousse
2 12.5 oz packages of firm silken tofu
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of Salt
7.5 oz nutella (half a jar)
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Process the tofu in the food processor or blender until smooth. Add in cocoa powder, sugar, salt and vanilla and process until smooth. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and then add into the tofu mixture. Add in the nutella and process until smooth. Transfer the mousse into a bowl and cover. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Nutella…I love it! I remember the nutella crepes from Paris last summer. Those things were some of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. For more of a gut buster though–my friends and I would go get chocolate croissants the size of our heads. They were delicious too!

Just yesterday I made my own natural, raw, veganized version of Nutella, too! Check out the recipe!

I love Nutella! I have to be very careful with it though, the container does not last long in my house! I dip Back to Nature Graham sticks in it – perfect dessert : ) YUMMMMM!
