I hate to Weight,

Hey there! In a nutshell, intuitive eating is learning to listen to your body, eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full and reject the diet mentality. There are no rules about what or when to eat, you let your body lead the way. In order to be successful at this, you have to deal with your emotions in a healthy way instead of using food which was the hardest step for me. I encourage you to check out the tab "A Better Way" and my resources page and let me know anytime you have any questions. Freedom from eating disorders and dieting is possible, it just takes practice and a willingness to do the emotional work.

i love, love, love all things coconut.

off topic a little, could you tell me more about intuitive eating?. i don't know much about the philosophy. i can understand the concept -- eat intuitively, but i'm sure there's more to it than that!
